Our repair facility is limited to replacing the internal batteries and attempting a recovery of the firmware. This problem is indicated by the message: "Remote monitor active" on the receiver's screen. Should you have any questions please contact us (repairs@unavco.org) before shipping a Trimble 4000 for repair.
